Class is being held in Western Pensylvannia on July 19-22, 2010. The intent of this class is to help the operational manager take a plan of action and monitor its performance. Then once it is established and performing, make changes that will created a continued growth for the organization. The course includes preliminary access to books and other materials given during class. This is a very special class for high level operational managers and executives. You will be invited to our retreat in Polk PA where your will have access to a value consultant on a on-on-one basis every day. You will also be able to enjoy the regional activities on our 80-acre facility in a home environment.
